Villa Casa Bela Mar is a luxurious villa located in the quiet, desirable and highly sought-after resort of
Reserva da Luz, which is located in the west of Luz. Ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, the villa offers everything you need.
Enter the property through private electric gates, walking up the sloping driveway through the garden to the front door.
Upon entering the front door, there is a spacious and elegant entrance hall leading directly through
double doors to a large open plan lounge and dining area with stunning panoramic views of the ocean and the "Black Rock" of Luz. These exceptional views can be accessed through sliding glass doors to the full-length terrace that lets in an abundance of light into the property.
The living room has a fireplace and a large flat screen TV with iptv channels, offering a wide range of sports shows, movies and music for your entertainment. There are comfortable sofas and armchairs
in the living room area, which also includes a quiet Caribbean corner and a built-in bar.

The kitchen area has a breakfast counter and is fully equipped with everything needed. There is a microwave and electric oven and a gas stove, dishwasher, kettles, toaster, juicer and a large American fridge with built-in ice maker. The kitchen has a bright utility room with washer and dryer and sink.
The first floor master bedroom contains a super king size bed with sitting area and a large bathroom with double sink, large bath and separate shower and toilet.
There is a large flat screen TV in this room that can be used if you bring your own Internet TV device like Amazon firestick or google chrome cast. There are patio doors directly from the bedroom to the terrace.
Back in the large entrance hall, where there is also a separate bathroom upstairs, there is a large
staircase that descends to the ground floor of the house.
Here there are two large bedrooms that can be composed of two single beds or two double beds for your convenience. Both bedrooms have built-in dressing rooms and spacious bathrooms with double sinks, toilet and one bedroom has a bath with shower, while the other bedroom has a built-in shower. Both bedrooms have fully open patio doors leading out to the pool area and terrace.
There is underfloor heating throughout the villa if required in the winter months, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms. All patio doors have electric shutters that are great for darkening while you sleep and for added security.
There is an additional room downstairs that houses a table tennis table and a variety of outdoor games
including croquet, beach items and pool accessories for your convenience.
The main outdoor area consists of a large south-facing terrace with sun loungers and an additional table and chairs, which is shaded and perfect for time out of the sun. There is a relaxing full size wooden hammock and a separate love seat area tucked away in the garden. Sun lovers will love the
outdoor pool areas where you can sunbathe all day.
The villa is set in stunning tropical gardens, with a real lawn and paved walkways with a number of plants, palm trees, olive trees, lavender and traditional Portuguese shrubs and trees
Traditional Portuguese trees maintained all year round by our own gardener. The gardens have been designed to give privacy to the pool and terrace, making them a very special area.
